1. The applicants can submit their application from the official website of QAU’s online application system together with the Challan form.
2. The applicants are suggested to deposit the application fee of Rs. 2100 in any branch of Askari bank and Rs. 2115 in any branch of Habib Bank LTD.
3. Candidates are also informed to upload the Bank Challan and other scanned required documents to the Online Application Form in order for it to be considered.
4. The applicants must scan and upload the necessary documents with their online applications in order to verify their information and determine their merit.

• The students must have to present their HSSC result card in their chosen department, institute, or school within the agreed time. If they fail to submit in the required time their admission will be canceled.
• The students who are still waiting for their results will need to submit an undertaking in accordance with Sr#8 of the eligibility rules.
• The students taking admitted to MS/MPhil must have a 50% score in their BS from HEC recognized institute.
