HAT HEC Test 2023 Eligibility Criteria
The candidate must be a Pakistani or a citizen of Azad Jammu and Kashmir. Candidates for Ph.D. scholarships should have MS/MPhil/ME or equivalent degrees. Scholarships in Ph.D. Engineering Technology has a minimum of 16 years of study and should be registered with the NTC. The applicant must have passed the MS/MPhil/ME/Equivalent degree program with a cumulative grade point average (CGPA) of at least 3.0 out of 4.0. As per the eligibility criteria, the student should be at least 18 years of age. Candidates are informed that employees of public sector R&D organizations registered with the Pakistan Council for Science and Technology (PCST) are given retirement at the age of 40 years. Candidate must clear HEC Aptitude Test with minimum 70% marks. Candidates cannot be eligible for any other scholarship at the same time.
